Stunned is a status effect which makes a character unable to move for a varied amount of turns. It is similar to the Asleep state in that a female in this state can be tied up even if her HP is not below 15%.
Stunned can affect nearly all party members and enemies, with the Genie being one notable exception.
The state is removed when a battle ends.
