The Staff of Mikveh is obtained by Suki at the end of the Haab Desert mission. When the staff is equipped, it raises Suki's spellpower (INT) and allows her to use the spells Greater Water and Mass Water. The staff also allows you to get to the cave where you find the Mermaid. This is done simply by equipping the staff and speaking to the partially broken part of the wall in the beach grotto in the Pirate Bay mission. Physical attacks and the Skills from this Staff are not very effective against opponents with a water element.
