Because the port is situated in the heart of what most refer to as "Pirate Bay", due to the ridiculous number of pirate attacks that occur quite often in its waters, the local shops are stocked full of merchandise for protecting oneself. The sole likely source of revenue in the small town, due to its geographical and political location, is the Vermello Trading Company, who flaunt both their impressive shipping rates and top-notch security for the shipments.
