East Coast Harbor is where Suki starts Mission 6: Pirate's Bay. It features the first meeting with Kurui, who becomes a temporary party member. Due to this, the player cannot bring more than one party member with during a replay of the mission.
It also features a bonus area building that is accessible, if unlocked, upon replaying the mission. This building contains an additional costume for Suki and the Secure Ropes skill.
This area is followed by the Pirate's Ship and North Coast Beach thereafter.
